Dr. Monro to ask the Provincial Secretary whether the Writ for the Amuri has yet been returned, and what the circumstances are which have led to the delay in the return of the Writ, and to this Council meeting without any representative for the Amuri being present. 5. Mr. Parker to move that his Honor be requested to furnish this Council with a return of tlie names and amouuts paid by each person in the separate districts f.n* the Education Rate during tha last year. 5. Mr.. Hewetson to move for copies of any correspondence which has taken place between the General and Provincial Government-;, on the subject of polling places within the last few months.

7. Mr. Horn to move for copies of any correspondence that may have taken place between the Provincial and General Governments on the Compensation Bill disallowed by the Governor.
