MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that % ■*■' at the next sitting of the General Assembly % for the colony of New Zealand, a Petition will be presented on behalf of the DUN MOUNTAIN COPPER MINING COMPANY (limited) for leave to introduce a Special Bill to empower the said Company to construct and maintain a RAILWAY for the transport of the ores, minerals, and other produce arising from the mines and lands of the Company, and leading from the, said mines and lands through certain reserves and other waste lands of the Crown, and through-certain, private .landa and along and over certain public roads in Brook-street-valley, and from thence Along-and over the following streets and roada within the city of Nelson, namely, Brook-street, Tasman-street, Bridge-street, and the Haven-road to ;the Albion Wharf in the Nelson haven; with power to the Company to take and purchase such portion of the private lands aforesaid as may be necessary for the purposes of jfche said railway.
