Consignees by the Tasmanian Maid are requested to take notice that while every care will be taken to 'protect their interests, cargo will at all times be landed af tlieir risk; and that the Association will not be responsible for any loss or damage which may "occur to cargo after it has gone over the ship's side; Refreshments will be provided on board at moderate rates.. Fares to be paid during the passage to the Captain on board, who will give a ticket, which must be delivered up on leaving. Shippers are requested to send their goods the day previous to date of sailing to the Albion Wharf, where they will be stored, free of charge. December 26,1859. 788 NELSON COAST STEAM ASSOCIATION. THEE WAREHOUSE lately erected by -*- the Association near the Big Bush, Wairau River, will be open, under the charge of Mr. J. M. Hutcheson, for the reception of GOODS conveyed by the Tasmanian Maid, on TUESDAY, the 13th Sep- , tember, from which date Freight will be charged on goods either to or from the Big Bush, the Boulder Bank, Waitohi or Pelorus, at the reduced rate of ■thirty-five shillings per ton; this rate to include receiving into and delivering from the above Warehouse, and storage for one week, after which time a charge of three shillings per ton per week will be ■ made. As hitherto no wharfage will be charged for • shipment in Nelson. WOOL.—During the coming season the freight on wool by the Tasmanian Maid, from either the Big Bush or the Boulder Bank to Port Underwood will be at the rate of seven shillings per bale, and if put into the Warehouse at the Big Bush, 2s. 6d. per bale will be charged for .receipt and delivery, rent, weighing and marking, The freight from either of the above named places to Nelson or Wellington will be one half-penny per lb. All Goods placed in the Store at the Big Bush, will he insured, against loss by fire by the Association without extra charge. CURTIS BROTHERS.
