After his departure some very marked " demonstrations took place in honor of the Sardinian Ambassador, whose passports had previously been given him. . , The"Emperor; Nappleon .has .deliveredspeeches at Bordeaux in reply to the Cardinal Archbishop, in which it is demonstrated that the alterations set before the Pope are reforms of revolutions. The French, troops are to be withdrawn from Borne at the close of the present year. There is a collision movement between the Papal mercenaries and Garibaldi's arm^i 15,000 Neapolitan soldiers have marched to the frontiers of Central Italy. The Neapolitans can muster 150,000 men The -foork "of fusion has proceeded and been carried on in the name of Victor Emmanuel. The Emperor Napoleon has disclaimed j any intention of founding an Italian king- \ dom for his cousin.
