CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE SULTAN.
Constantinople, September 13
A conspiracy to assassinate the Sultan has beeti discovered. Two huudred persons' have been arrested here ; among them Djafer Dera, Pasha of Albania, who was apparently the chief. Some of the troops are suspected of participation. The affair originated with a fanatical party.
