HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that all PUBLICAN'S LICENSES now held for premises within the boundaries of the GOLD-FIELDS, Golden Bay, as proclaimed by the General Government, or within three miles of ?uch boundaries will cease to be of any effect on and after the Ist November next. A proportionate refund of the License Fees paid will therefore be made after that date, provided all the conditions of the License have been properly fulfilled.
