HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that all PUBLICAN'S LICENSES now held, for premises within the boundaries of the GOLD-FIELDS, Golden Hay, as proclaimed by the General Government, or within three miles of such boundaries will cease to be of any effect on and after the Ist November next. A proportionate refund Df the License Fees paid will therefore be made after that date, provided all the conditions of the License tiave been properly fulfilled.
