Askew; 2 cases merchandise, Skeet. During the afternoon of Monday a barque was signalled as being in sight; she proved to be the Roxana, which has been expected now for some fortnight past. Owing to the length of time that she was laid on the berth in London, her intended .passengers preferred taking another vessel. She brings with her a large general cargo for this port, and may be said to have made an average passage, being 107 days out. She brings no news of importance, having left before even the declaration of peace. ,
