CEYLON.
Wis (Melbourne Herald) have Colombo papers to the 15th of April. The island had been visited by several severe thunder storms, indicating the breaking up of the north-east monsoon. The pearl fishery, which has been very successful this season, has been interfered with by the breaking out of the cholera. The Governor has, in consequence of the appearance of the epidemic, given orders for the stoppage of the fishery, the proceeds of which however have exceeded £48,000.
