To convey mails twice a month from Nelson to the Wairau, leaving Nelson on the 3rd and 17th of every month, or on such days as the Postmaster may determine, so as to insure to the public the receipt of their letters with as little delay as possible. To remain two clear days at Blarich; and to deliver his mails at the Post office, Nelson, within 4 days after receiving them from that at Blarich. To convey mails daily between Nelson and Rich* mond. The mails to be delivered at the Post office, Nelson, by 11 a.m., and the return mails to leave at 2 p.m., holidays excepted. To convey mails from Nelson to Waimea West, Wairaea South, and Wakefield, 3 times a week, viz., Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, (unless prevented by floods in the Waimea River). The bags to be delivered at the Nelson Post office by 11 a.m. The return mails to leave at 2 p.m. .
