The English Wine and Spirit trade was dull. Cozens' circular reports that from Cognac the supply promises to be large, and the quality fine. No changes had taken place during this month in prices. : The wool sales were to commence on the 4th November. Nothing new in this market. Tallow, ex Duncan Dunbar, sold at 48s. to 505.; W. B. Tooth brand, 48s. 9d. to 495. A low quality-, ex Hougomont, from Melbourne,, sold at 425. ;
