""317 PUBLIC NOTICE. —I hereby give -V notice, that, one month after this date, all CATTLE ,or HORSES running on the unenclosed lands of the undersigned, situate at Motueka, will be charged at the rate of TWO POUNDS per annum for each animal so depastured, All cattle and horses found on the said lands, at any subsequent time during the ensuing year, will bo considered, as being depastured, and the owners thereof will be held responsible for the said annual charge of Two Pounds per annum for each animal.
