It seems that, although the decision of the Neapolitan Court .of Admiralty, in the case of the Cagliari, was considered of little more consequence than to provoke a witticism, it will have the effect of raising the question whether she or an}^ ship belonging to the. company can make trips between Genoa and Sicily without the risk of being detained in a Neapolitan harbour by virtue of the decision.
