By way of New Orleans we have news of the capture of Tabasco, Mexico, by the government forces. The bombardment of the city, commenced on the 9th, and continued till the 19th of April. The houses in the city suffered considerable damage,, especially that of the American consul, which was situated in the line of the fire of the besiegers.
