RUSSIA.
A grand public ceremonial took place at St. Petersburg on the 12th of June. The new. Cathedral of St. Isaac was consecrated by a solemn religious service, which blended; all the magnificence of ecclesiastical and military pomp. The Imperial Family and Court were present, and 30,000 troops were under arms. The edifice was commenced in 1827. , - -
