Notice to Advertisers. IT is a fact demonstrable by our Subcribers' Roll, that the success which has attended the establishment of this Journal has far exceeded the most^ sanguine expectations of its promoters. Not only does it already command a circulation fully equal to any other JouruaHn the Southern portions of New Zealand ; but it is well known and appreciated throughout the colony, —is regularly forwarded by every available means to Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, Hobart Town, Launceston, and circulated throughout Australia generally. The terms for advertisements are as under:— £ s. d. Jh'or Six Lines ... 0 3 0 For every line above Six .003 Every subsequent insertion will be charged onehalf of the above prices. Every advertisement not exceeding fifteen words will be charged at the uniform rate of Is. for each insertion. Consignees by the Tasmanian Maid are requested to take notice that while every care will be taken to protect their interests, car«o will at all times be landed at their risk, and that the Association will not be responsible for any loss or damage which may occur to cargo after it has gone over the ship's side. Eefreshments will be provided on board at moderate rates. Fares to be paid during the passage to the Captain, on board, who will give a ticket, which must be delivered up on leaving. '.Shippers are requested to send their goods the day previous to date of sailing to the Napier Wharf, where they will be stored free of charge. .
