Monday, July 5. Before the Resident Magistrate. Christopher Lange v. William Watson. Nicholson.—This was a second action brought by the same plaintiff against the same defendant; a former action had been withdrawn. Mr. Kingdon again appeared for the plaintiff, who claimed £32 10s. on a,dishonored acceptance. Mr. Stamper, for the defendant, objected that there was no cause of action against the defendant, who was only the first endorsee. Case withdrawn.
