That in the SPRING GROVE district is a_so acre section of good arable ground, and situated in close proximity to the flourishing village of Spring Grove. There is a new Dwelling House upon it; and 12 acres of the land are substantially fenced, ploughed, and ready for crop. A never-failing stream of water runs, through this property.
