IN the matter of the Estate of MOSES JOSEPH and SOLOMON WEIL, lately carrying on trade as merchants, under the style or firm of "Joseph and Weil," in the town of 1 Nelson, New Zealand.. All Persons who were indebted to the above-named insolvents, on the day on which they were declared insolvent by the said Court, are hereby required- to pay amount of the debts due by them respectively on the above date, to me, the undersigned. And all persons are hereby CAUTIONED against paying #ny debts which were due to the said estate to Mr. John Percy, late clerk to the said insolvents, he having no authority to receive the same. Wm.
