ARRIVAL. October 24-.—Drover, brig, 180 tons, Francisj from Melbourne. The- brig Drover arrived on Wednesday evening, fram Melbourne, and anchored at the Heads, but tho weather being rough, she did not come unto harbour until this morning. She waited until the 11th for the English mail, but up to the time of her departure the fiteamer had not arrived. ' The Active, another vessel belonging to the same firm wes on the berth for this port in readiness to bring on the mnil to Wellington as soon as it should arrive at Melbourne.
