Army puts on display
The Mayor amd Mayoress of Taupo, Mr and Mrs C. S. Currie, and the county chairman, Mr J. M. Black, attended an open day at the Waiouru Military Camp on Sunday. In the morning they watched a field display which included a simulated battle. After being entertained to lunch in the officers' mess they attended a static display of war weapons.
