Unlawful assembly case adjourned

A chv ge of unlavful assembly brought against four youths in the s Taupo Children's Cout earlier this month has been adjoutned a second time, until August 13. The youths were charged following a disturbance outside a Tiupo food foar on July 13. t" ^They also face charjes of wilful damage and oue youth ischarged with assault. Counsel for the youhs were not

ready to proceed with the case on Tuesday. "The adjournment will give counsel an opportunity to get together to try and wriggle out of it — legitimately, of course," said Mr B. S. Barry, SM. Mr P. J. Trapski adjourned the case earlier this month without taking pleas and advised the parents of the youths to seek legal advice. The boys are to remain in their parents* custody.
