Cheek prompts visit
A top Australian debating team is to visit Taupo next Thursday for a battle of words and logic with a local team. The debate will be run on impromptu lines — the subject for debate will be released only hours before the event. One of the organisers of the meeting, Mr P. M. Wilson, said yesterday the debate had been arranged through a "spot of cheek." A venue has yet to be arranged and the fourmember Taupo side selected.
