Golf is a game for all seasons and 46 players proved the point by taking part in a scratch medal event in Arctic conditions on the Taupo Golf Ciub's new course on Saturday. Probably all , 46 starters deserved a .prize, but the four competitors who received rewards were: — Division 1, (handicap 0-9), J. Simon 77; division 2 (10-16), G. Moss 86 on the count-back from R. »Daly; division 3 (17-21), J. Heaslip 93 on the countback from B. Mace; division 4 (22-24), J. Johnstone 95.
