Boy hurt at intersection

A five-year-old boy was injttred after > being hit by a car at the Napier turn-off on Saturday evening. He is Lee Joseph Subritzky, of 21 Shepherd Road. The accident happened at 5.45 p.m. on Saturday at the intersection of State highways 1 and 5. The child is beiieved to have run out on to the road. The driver of the car, Robert Ciaude Parsons, a Taupo carpenter, was not injured. Details of the child's injuries were not available from Taupo Hospital yesterday morning, but his condition was described as satisfactory.
