The contract for the completion of building works at the Lake Terrace pumping station has been let by the Taupo Borough Council to John Caird Ltd. The $52.47(i tender was aeeepted by the eouncil. "We haven't got the completion date from the contraetor yet. but we are lairly eonftdent that the pumping station will be i operating by Labour weekend." said. the assistant borough engineer.
