THE MINING ACT 1971 TAUPO QUARRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Taupo, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it has applied to the Secretary of Mines, Wellington, for a prospecting licence over the following lands : 1. All that area of Crown land containing 1250 acres, more or less, being part of Tauhara North Block, together with an adjoining area of 115 acres, more or less, situated to the south-west of this part of Tauhara North block, both blocks being situated in Block XV Tatua Survey District; the northern boundary of these areas being bounded by a line running north-east from . the Spa-Aratiatia Roads to View Road, being in line from Trig Station 9455 to Trig Station 9456 and bounded in the east by View Road and to the west by the Spa-Aratiatia Road and to the south by the common boundary of these blocks with part Section 2 and Rotokaua Road. 2. All that area of Crown land containing 1760 acres, more ^or less, being part of Tauhara North block situated in Blocks XI and XII Tatua Survey District; the land being bounded to the west by View Road, to the south by Rotokaua Road and to the east by the common boundary of this part of the Tauhara North block with parts Tauhara No. 2 and No. 3 blocks and running due north from Rotokaua Road to the intersection of the reserve being part Section 1 adjacent to the Waikato River, thence due west to the first bend on the common boundary between this reserve and the Tauhara North block and thence in a south-west direction to the junction of View Road with the SpaAratiatia Road.
