Flax planting
The Tauponui-a-Tia College Maori Club supporters have been authorised to plant flax along the Waikato Street boundary of the school grounds.
Mrs E. Reid asked the board to approve the proposal because the planting would not only make an attractive border but also a source of material for Maori crafts.
