Age group trials
Five members of the Taupo Swimming Club are to take part in the National Age Group Championships trials on Saturday and Sunday at
the Rotorua Boys' High School pool. The swimmers, Ewen McCash, Ronald Parker, John Burton, Craig Orr and Nicki Hollis are asked to report at the pool at 9.30 a.m. Taupo was represented at a carnival held at the new Otumoetai pool Tauranga, last Saturday and gained the following placings: First, J. Burton, C. Orr. Second, J. Burton, N. Habib, C. Zwyzerynen, C. Orr. Third, J. Burton, H. Northcroft, C. Zwyzerynen and S. Orr
