Offer it in return. * Traffic rules ensure a "square deal" for everyone. * Flouting the rules will harm you more than anyone else. PEDESTRIANS AND CAR DR1VERS The pedestrian always loses in a collision with a car. Avoid this by— * Being careful of the elderly, the young and intoxicated pedestrians. * Watching carefully near schools, shopping centres, etc. * Forgetting about "right-of-way." It's better than chancing an accident.
