Stevenson, Member of Parliament for Taupo, to Auckland last Thursday. That day the Royal couple had travelled from Rotorua to Turangi by car where they visited various points of interest in and about the power town, including historical sites. Their stop-over in Taupo was limited to brief discussions before they boarded the Dakota. A number of interested people were at the airport to see the friendly couple.
