PUBLIC NOTICES STREETS — PERMANENT LEVELS BOROUGH OF TAUPO In pursuance of Section 195 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954— Eighth Schedule, notice is hereby given that the Council intends to fix the levels of the streets described in this notice. The plan6 referred to in this notice are open for inspection at the Council Chambers, Story Place, Taupo, during the hours 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive. If any objections are received the Council will hear all such objections to the proposed levels by persons affected thereby at a meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on 22nd February, 1971, at 7.30 p.m. ' All such objections must be in writing and addressed to and received by the Council not later than 4 p.m. on 5th February, 1971. AM persons having so made objection shall be entitled to be heard in support of their written objection.
