Larder raided
Taupo police and members of the C.I.B. will be eyeing with suspicion anyone looking over-fed during the next few days following a raid on one of the best stocked larder s in Taupo at the Spa Hotel last Sunday night. Thieves, who entered the hotel kitchen through a wiiidow, took $93 worth of cooked and uncooked meats and foodstuffs in the raid. The meat included chickens and hams. "
