I, CUTHBERT JAMES COATES, Returning Officer for the County of Taupo, hereby give notice that elections will be held on SATURDAY, the 9 th day of of OCTOBER, 1965, to elect the following representatives: — (a) TEN members of the Taupo County Council representing the Ridings as set out below: — MANGAKINO RIDING One member POUAKANI RIDING Two members TATUA RIDING Two members TAUHARA RIDING Two members KAINGAROA RIDING One member RANGITOTO RIDING One member TONGARIRO RIDING One member. (b) ONE member of the Waikato Hospital Board for the combined district of Taupo County and Taupo Borough. (c) ONE member of the Waitomo Electric Power Board for the constituent district comprising Mangakino and Pouakani Ridings of Taupo County. (d) ONE member of the King Country Electric Power Board to represent the constituent district of part Taupo County. Nominations of candidates must be delivered to me or addressed to me at the Taupo County Office, Lake Terrace Road, Taupo and delivered at that address at any time after the date hereof and before NOON on FRIDAY, 17th September, 1965. A deposit of three pounds must be paid to me in respect of each nomination before the nomination will be accepted.
