The appointee will probably be in the 30 to 40 years age group, will be of good address and will play a major part in the promotion of the Association's activities and services to members in this important and developing location. Some experience in the field of motor insurance would be a distinct advantage. Initial training would be conducted in Auckland. (2) TYPIST CLERK. A young lady of pleasant personality and neat appearance is required to assist the Area Officer in the proposed new office. Duties would include typing, telephone and counter reeeption and general clerical work. (3) RESIDENT PATROL OFFICER. Applicants must be A grade or Certified mechanics. The Association's Resident Patrol Officers are respected for their courtesy, knowledge of motoring matters and ability to provide or advise on all Association services to members in their districts, Salaries and other conditions of employment would be discussed at the time -of interview.
