ORUANUI W.D.F.F. The July meeting of Oruanui W.D.F.F. took plaee in the Wairakei Hall, with Mrs McCreadie presiding. Owing to an unfortunate combination of cold weather and sickness, there were not quite so many members present as usual. However, those able to attend enjoyed the talk given by Mrs K. McBeth, who was delegate to this year's Dominion conference in Wellington. Mrs McBeth's report on proceedings was both conscientious and interesting, and the branch felt itself fortunate to have had her as representative. She brought back news of work the division as a body is at present interested in, this year's motto from the Dominion president being, "consolidation" and the country for study, Ireland.
