PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Ordinance 8 (3) of the Code of Ordinances for the Eastern Lakeshore section of Taupo County District Scheme that an application has been made to use part of the land described as Waipahihi 2B 2B No. 1 Block, Block II Tauhara S.D., and belonging to Skyline Motel Ltd. for the purpose of additional motel units.

The above-mentioned land is zoned residential in the Eastern Lakeshore Section of the Taupo County District Scheme. The consent of the Council to the proposal would be subject to the applicant's compliance in all respects with its building bylaws, Code of Ordinances and all other relevant regulations. A site plan of the motel showing the siting of the proposed additional units is available for inspection at the Taupo County Offices. Any owner or occupier of property or person affected may object to the proposed use by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, P.O. Box 128, Taupo, NOT LATER than one month after the date of first publication of this notice, that is by the 27th August, 1965. i Every objection shall state (a) the grounds for objection (b) the objector's address for service (c) whether the objector (or his authorised agent) desires to be heard in . support of the objection.
