Ladies Night, Saturday, July 31, at 8 p.m. All Brothers and their ladies welcome. 29 TAUPO COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN STAFF HOUSING LOAN 1965 — £50,000 NOTICE is hereby given that the Taupo County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 24th day of August, 1965, to consider a motion to apply to the Locai Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £50,000 for the purpose of providing housing for the Council's stafif. The security for the loan shall be a security rate of decimal nought eight (.08d.) pence in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property within the whole of the County of Taupo. It is not proposed to levy or collect this special rate which is for security purposes only but to meet the loan charges out of revenue. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Taupo County Council, P.O. TAUPO BOROUGH COUNCIL APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE MOTEL AND ADDITIONS TO TOURIST LICENSED HOTEL IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONE — LAKE TERRACE An application has been received for permission to erect 7 motel units and additions to the existing Tourist Licensed Hotel known as Beachhaven and situated at Lake Terrace in a Residential Zone. The proposed use is permitted in this zone subject to the consent by resolution of the Council, provided the such use is in accordance with such conditions, restrictions and prohibitions, as the Council shall by resolution impose.
