The area concerned is situated within Block II. Omoho Survey District, and Blocks I, V Waiotaka Survey District, and lies to the south and east of pasture land on the Prison Farm. WARNING Notices will be erected at points of entry to the area when the poison is being laid.

The proposed use is permitted in this zone subject to the consent by resolution of the Council, provided the such use is in accordance with such conditions, restrictions and prohibitions, as the Council shall by resolution impose.
