Mangakino schoolgirls accompanied their school Rugby team on a visit to Turangi on Tuesday to play the Tokaanu High School in basketball matches. Two matches were played, Tokaanu A winning against Mangakino B, * and Manga- ! kino C winning from Tokaanu B. In the senior match jthe scores were 20 — 12 and in the second match the j score was 19 — 21. The visitors were entertained at lunch by the Tokaanu school before proceeding to the representative Rugby match between Horowhenua and King Country held at the Tokaanu domain in the afternoon. j
