Dispensation
An application received by Taupo County Council from Mr A. Duncan for dispensation in siting his house on a section in Heemi Street was approved by council subject to the consent of adjoining owners. Another application, from Mr G. P. Kelly, requesting council to reconsider its decision not to permit the erection of a caravan shelter and toilet block on a section in Pipi Street was declined, the council resoiving to adhere to its original resolution.
