President For Second Term
Mr T. W. Halverson, secretary - manager of the Taupo Times, has been reelected president of the New Zealand Country Newspapers' Association. Other officers elected at the annual conference on Saturday were: — Vice-presi-dent, Mr B. Beamish (Matamata); executive, Messrs F. G. Snedden (Putaruru) W. A. Leitch (Te Aroha), F. J. Welch (Te Puke), R. Tyack (Morrinsville).
