Board May Be Asked To Honour Promise

Waitomo Electric Power Board may be asked to honour a promise it made in 1956 to build in permanent materials within ftve years of being given the right to distribute electric power in Mangakino. Taupo County Council on Tuesday heard that .the Mangakino County Town Committee wanted this step to be taken. The council felt it should not commit itself and deferred a decision meanwhile.
