pubuc nottces TAUPO COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN POINT WATER SUPPLY TAUHARA-WHAREWAKA LOAN 1965 — £116,000 NOTICE is hereby given that the Taupo County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the thirteenth day of JULY, 1965, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowlng of the sum of £116,000 for the purpose of providing a water supply for the area from the Gradwell Block to Wharewaka Point including the provision of a pumping station, domestic and firefighting reticulation, reservoirs and ancillary works., The seeurity for the loan shall be a seeurity rate of one point three five pence (1.35d) in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the TauharaWharewaka Point Water Supply Area. It is not proposed to levy or collect this special rate but to meet the loan charges out of the inbome derived from a uniform annual charge not exceeding £14 10/- on all lands and dwell-ing-houses to which water is ' supplied and a uniform annual charge of half that amount on all lands and dwelling-houses to which water can be but is not supplied within one hundred yards from any part of the waterworks. ANY person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Taupo County Council, P.O. TAUHARA-WHAREWAKA i POINT WATER SUPPLY S LOAN 1965 — £116,000 PURSUANT to Regulation | 6(3) of the Local Authorities Loans Regulations 1957, NOTICE is hereby given that a special roll of ratepayers of all properties contained within the special rating area for the TauharaWharewaka Point Water Supply has been compiled and together with a map showing the boundaries of the special rating area will be on deposit for inspeetion at Taupo County Office, 72 Lake Terrace, Taupo, for seven days commeneing on TUESDAY, June 29, 1965. The accompanying public notice of the proposed application for sanction of the Tauhara-Wharewaka ■ Point Water Supply Loan 1965 £116,000, gives details of the loan which it is proposed shall be secured by means of a rate on properties included in the above special rating area. Any person whose name appears on the special roll rnay — (a) Object to his name being included in the roll on the ground that — (i) His property will not be benefitted or will be only partially benefitted by the expenditure of the proposed loan; or ii) The property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the roll; or | (b) Object to any matter or thing contained in the roll or to the omission of any matter or thing from the roll. NOTICE in writing of the objection shall be forwarded to reach the undersigned NOT LATER than JULY 13, 1965, being within seven days of the last day on which the special roll is on deposit The notice shall be in duplicate and shall state fully the grounds . of the objection and also the full name and address of the objector.
