TAUPO COUNTY COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953. 1 CPIANGE OF USE APPLICATION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 38A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, that an application has been made to use 52 acres of the land described as Tauhara Middle No. 1 Block, Block ■XV Tatua S.D. which has frontage to the northern side of Aerodrome Road approximately 30 chains east of Spa-Aratiatia Road and is adjacent to the access to the Lands and Survey Department nursery, for a site for a timber mill. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Ordinance 8 (3) of the Code of Ordinances for the Eastern Lakeshore Section of the Taupo County District Scheme that an application has been made to use part of the land described as Sections 91 and 169 Tauhara Town Block VI, Tauhara S.D. for the purpose of a motel in addition to the dwelling house already erected on these sections. The abovemamed land is zoned Residential in the Eastern Lakeshore Section of the Taupo County District Scheme.
