All persons, married or single (not under the age of twenty-one years) who have resided for one year in New Zealand and in the Borough of Taupo for at least three months at the date of enrolment and are British subjects are entitled to have their names placed on the List on completing a form of enrolment. The proposed use is permitted in this zone subject to the consent by resolution of the Council, provided that such use is in accordance with such conditions, restrictions and prohibitions as the Council shall by resolution impose.
