The consent of the Council to the proposal would be subject to the applicant's compliance in all respects with its building bylaws, Code of Ordinances and all other relevant regulations. A plan of the proposed motel is available for inspection at the Taupo County Offices. Any owner or occupier of property or person affected may object to the proposed use by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, P.O. Box 128, Taupo, NOT LATER than one month after the date of first publication of this notice, that is by the 8th July, 1965.
