No Results From Turangi Commercial Site Allocation For Another Three Weeks

It was not anticipated that there would be any results of the applications for sites in the commercial area of Turangi for about three weeks, Mr A. W. Gibson, project engineer at the Tongariro power development told Turangi Liai- ; son Committee last night. He said the last application would be heard in Wellington and Wanganui shortly. "The response has been very encouraging," Mr Gibson said. "The commit- : tee hopes to see the whole commercial frontage filled I with very attractive buildings."
