Maori Youth Club First

The honour of makiug the first recording for the Taupo Radio station felP to the Taupo Maori Youth Club. The club presented a series of items which were broadcast. on Saturday, evening, following the open.ing ceremony. The party later performed in the Memorial Hall for the bene*> fit of guests of the NZBC. The programme concluded with a Maori lullaby belonging to the Ngatl Tuwharetoa, "Titiro Mai" which will be the station'g. signing-off melody.
