BIRTHDAY GREETINGS FROM SIR BERNARD

The sweet tooth of each of five children in the Taupo area was pandered to over the May school holidays when each child received a large box of chocolates and a hirthday card from the Governor- ! General, Sir Bernard Fer-

gusson. The children were: Raymond Perry (Rotongaio), Anne Wilson (Waitahanui), Karen Taylor (60/8), Nelday French (Kinloch) and Shane King (60/8). Sir Bernard sent the chocolates and cards following his recent visit to Taupo when he called on children whose birthdays coincided with his to celebrate with him.
